Typical applications for the HD series include caustic, acid, formaldehyde and odorant injection
A patented hydraulic-driven diaphragm system that isolates the chemical from the plunger and seal
Diaphragms are Teflon-laminated to prevent corrosion
All fluid-contact parts are 316 stainless steel, particularly recommended for corrosive environments
The oil in the upper chamber serves as a plunger lubricant and a hydraulic fluid
The TR2 timer has become a design standard with a lightweight, simple design that's easy to maintain
Notes:
All pumps require either a TR1 timing relay, a TR2 timing relay or an electric solenoid valve.
HD1062, HD1062-3K requires a snap action relay.
Maximum stroke rate for all pumps is 50 strokes per minute (SPM) with the exception of HD2000, which has a maximum of 35 SPM.
